My
Indian visit was an unforgetable one!
This journey was concentrated most on the Northern part
of India involving New Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, Gwalior; Jhansi, and Khajuraho. Generally, this country is a very highly cultural
place. From the start of my journey I was right away deeply impressed by the Hindu architetectural achievements manifested
on their mosques, temples and buildings.
Although most of the people here live in poverty, they still
continue to keep most of the cultural remains intact. The extra ordinary man-made wonders such as sculptures, statues, buildings
play such important role. They show the many aspects of Indian life 1000 yrs. ago---gods
and goddesses, warriors and musicians, real and mythological animals also have remain its flair and beauty.
Showing you some of my photo collections perhaps will give
you some ideas thus enhances interests and with the hope a bite of it results in a big taste from a bit of my Indian
journey!
